Looking for any info I can find on giving Amazon EIN/TIN. I will be doing it in a few days, and any information from someone who has done it, would be greatly appreciated.

Theres nothing to it, you follow the steps and done. Takes like 3 minutes. After you input the info the message will disappear. I guess if the info is invalid they will probably let you know.

what do they ask for? simply name, address Tax ID?

For starters everything they ask for as AS IRS HAS ON RECORDS

Name ( business or personal ), EIN/SSN, address and thats it. after you fill out the form it will take you to a layout of your 1099 to verify the information you submit.
