Default Amazon account appeals

How many appeals can we send in for a suspended account? I have read over their terms more closely and it turns out I was violating policy by selling in an unapproved category. I basically plan on sending in a third and extensively detailed appeal soon. Just wondering if they even read subsequent appeals.

If this is a way to keep things legit then I'd rather do that, especially with the fact that stealth accounts need bank accounts under a different name (if I understand right)

Thanks!

My 2nd email (not a 2nd appeal - just a question) said something along the lines of... (paraphrasing) we're not going to reply if you keep contacting us... canned response, probable, and the appeal button remains next to the suspended email.

In my experience they barely read anything... more like a glance... and than choose from the generated list of replies and click send They only read them if some what big seller or affiliated with someone big... otherwise generated reply that they don't give a F***K about you

You can appeal as many times as you want but if you get rejected the first time then odds are extremely low they will even bother reinstating you for future ones. Unless they emailed you back saying they wanted more information for your plan then you are probably out of luck. However, if you got suspended for something small and petty you may have a chance. PM me and I will give you some advice on what to do. If your selling ratings were strong, and you all green in customer metrics then you got a chance.
