amazon not working with vcc or oncetel numbers?

tried to create 2 amazon accounts, both with entropay VCC and oncetel random numbers.

Both were refused seller status right away. valid addresses and names used, done on different virtual machines.

the only 2 contstants were the oncetel numbers and the 2 VCC from entropay.

does anyone know if amazon have banned the use of VCC from entropay or dont they allow the oncetel 0700 number.
