Amazon hold my money because of another selling account.

Have you seen this before? One of my selling accounts was suspended 3 months ago, and when I tried to disburse the balance but I didn't see the buttom of disbursement. I wrote Amazon and received the following letter from them, the problem I never have any selling account has negative balance. Because this account is stealth account, I have no way to prove to them, the other account (I even don't know it exists) is not mine, I believe amazon will take my money eventually.

Hello from Amazon.com.

Thank you for contacting us. Please know that we are unable to disburse the funds remaining in this selling account until the outstanding debt due on your other selling account has been paid. At this time, your related selling account has an outstanding debt of $1194.69. With your permission, we can debit the amount from your current selling account to cover the debt after which we can release your remaining funds.

Please contact us at payments-funds@amazon.com if you have further questions.

Best regards,

Sounds to me like your "stealth" info too closely matches someone else who has a negative balance. Where did you get the stealth info?

Did you buy an Amazon account from someone?

Having money does not signify that you are wise so it seems that jeff bezo or bezos guy whatever is name is having is workers at amazon implement some strict restriction on honest sellers who are trying to make an honest living in offering good services. Steve Job was a wealthty rich guy and i,m not saying he was a bad buy becuase actually i like steve but when he died he did not take any off the billions with him so you see in time those guy are gonna fall bad for being corrupt. I guest they made enough money now so treating people like dirt bag does not mean a thing to them. They have no heart

I would not be surprised if Az is just talking crap in order to screw everyone these days. I have had an account blocked because of weird accusations that had no basis whatsoever.

I created this account following the guildances in Amazon Ghost. Now I felt Amazon started robbing the money from small sellers like us. They deleted my seller accounts without any reason. Even my accounts have 100% feedback and I just sell small accessories such charger, small earphones, and iphone cases. They deleted my account, and when I talked to amazon representatives several times about accessing my accounts, they said seller support will contact me in 24 hours but never did. This account was suspended 3 months ago. Now they said my another seller account has negative balance. I was selling 0.99 to 2 $ items. How many people had to return and refund, to get over 1000$ negative on my selling account. They would not disclose which account my current account was related to. But how can I prove I am not the owner of that account if they didn't tell me which account. Having been on Amazon for 3 years, I have been through suspensions, block,s deletions and this is something really new. Before this, I thought I can get my money after people return and refund. Now, with this change, I am not sure how many of you out there who have accounts suspended can get your money after 90 days is over. If you can not prove you are really the person who owns the stealth account, how can you prove you are Not the person who owns negative balance-account? It is the time to leave?

To most of the people who are getting suspended again and again: you are missing something important that Amazon ISN'T missing, and they are somehow figuring out that you are someone they messed with before. Only other alternative is that you are ripping people off or not providing a level of service concurrent with Amazon expectations. You need to understand that no matter how evil Amazon sounds, they are not suspending people for no reason. THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON YOU WERE SUSPENDED!!!!

They didn't tell me which account they were referring to

Greetings from Amazon.com.

Thank you for contacting us. Please note we can only send account information to the e-mail address associated with the specific Amazon.com account. For questions regarding your other selling account, please contact us from the e-mail address associated with that account.

Amazon isn't that bad if you know what you are doing. Also certain products do much better on Amazon than EBay.

I find this to be true, every time I sell something on Amazon. Almost always better profit margins than on eBay for many items.
