I have done reporting via BBB - this is the Az generic answer - the BBB reporting option no longer is effective, sadly.

I filed with the attorneys generals office as well. Im about to take a trip to their WA headquarters and speak to someone in person.

Keep us posted error - hope it works.

Make sure to keep us posted. It's about time for someone to do something about amazon's theft actions :)

Evan James - guess he is in charge of customer relations. Going to see if I can get him to contact me before I make the trip.

I will also be taking the story to a few local WA news stations to see if they want to run it.

I know its not just stealth users getting stolen from, and I'm sure they wont want the news attention.

My buddy lives about 20 miles from the Amazon headquarters. Every time I go and visit him and we drive by it I just get madder and madder thinking about how they run things.
