After 90 days,My funds are still hold and my account has been deleted

After 90 days,My funds are still hold and my account has been deleted,but I have add my bank account on file,so I have sent lots of massages to the following Amazon emails in order to ma the disbursement into my bank account,but Amazon did not respond to me by Email,I think Amazon stolen my funds,do I need to sue Amazon or does anyone has other ways to get funds?
