Default AMAZON'S A to Z guarantee

I recently sold an item on amazon and the buyer claims it was defective. Well amazon refunded them and the buyer never sent the item back to me.What should i do?

Try working with the buyer. If they file an A-Z claim they are NOT required to ship the item back should they win the case. Which 99% of those will be in the buyers favor.

You will need to keep contacting the client and HOPING he returns the item. Most of the time, they won't. I would say be prepared to eat the loss and move on.

Start of with courteous emails requesting the return. If that doesn't work send some more threatening emails.

Had a similar situation and it wasn't until I sent a BS email about how our attorney was contacted and you will be getting a letter...I got an immediate response and my item back.
