ipad and getting banned

hi so i made a uk amazon account on my ipad but using the 3g the account was live for 5 days with no problems in till an hour again when it was shut down for being linked.
i had formated the ipad before using but still got linked as anyone got any ideas

Ipads have mac addresses same as PCs do.

The 3G does'nt use/report the MAC address..it's the same as dial-up

I've used my Iphone over and over with 3G...over the years

My Wifi is always disabled due to MAC.

From wht I know, 3G/4G dongles do indeed have a MAC address associated with them. The only internet provider that doesn't have a MAC address associated with it is a dial up connection.
