A-z claim whats the chances of me winning?

Hi

Got a case against me from amazon I sent an item recorded delivery the women/buyer never picked it up from post office and the royal mail never to this date has returned it.

what do you suggest?

Well sadly I cant find the receipt but I have the recorded delivery number and now proof of the calling card from the women when the post office tried to deliver it.

So what do you think?

She has stated in her thing item was delivered but she was not in away on business so she did not have any chance of picking it up and since some grubby postman has pinched it *******.
