Amazon Banned...
 

I was banned last year due to customers idiocy. It makes me so mad, but anyways. I tried last night to open an account with my sisters name, she has same last name, i opened it and within a few hours then sent the email that says the account is associated with another account that was closed. So they do not let your whole family open an account due to your error?

Any way around this?

Yes there's ways to get back on. Amazon bans members in the same house from having different accounts.

1) New name and address
2) New internet service provider
3) New computer(but can use old computer is you clean/clear all info)
4) New bank account info

my sister lives in a different house, could it be I used the same computer to login to the banned account and tried to make a new account on the same computer?

The bottom line is this....EVERYTHING must be different. If you can avoid using the same computer do so. Nothing should connect your accounts with one another. Its pretty easy if you have family willing to help you. You can sign up to logmein for free and control their computer from your house and amazon is none the wiser.

Amazon is a hard monster to beat.
It takes time & knowledge.
I suggest you get the Amazon Ghost e-book.
It tells the MANY different ways Amazon tracks you and helps you around them.

It is NO WHERE as easy is getting around eBay.

Please do yourself a favor and consider amazon ghost to assist your return.

It's complicated to attempt a return as HWGA said. The book will aid you.
