I am request to sell in Uk Beauty catagory , and they request me to own a transactional website by myself if i want to sell stuff??? do i need to create one or what could i do???

Is it mean i could never sell on UK beauty catagory???... My application wouldn't approve??

If it's anything like US Amazon and some of their restricted categories, yes. It took me 3/4 of a year to get enough feedback and orders built up to get approval for software.
