Well, the suspension said for the ODR (negative feedback, claims, chargebacks) but I was holding it under 1% at like .5% for the longest time and then all of a sudden a couple of unreasonable people simply opened up claims without contacting me and bam, suspended. Even tho i gave them refunds and everything w/o returning the item.
This reminds me of my ebay account. When I was on Ebay selling internationally, some people overseas would not read descriptions and open up cases without contacting me first which is unfair, and now Ebay has changed their user policy and does not count claims that have been opened by buyers who have not contacted you first.... power of the consumer? hhahaaah
