Amazon Tax Information
 

Hello, I have an Amazon account and have purchased the Amazon stealth book and everything. My new account is successfully created (listed and sold items), however, new to Amazon is the tax requirements if you have over 50 sales a year.

First off, Is there anyway to get around that?

Secondly, the information I would have available would be my SSN and my business EIN. The business EIN has been put into another account.. -.-.
However, my SSN has not been put into any account, but MY name was on another account that was suspended. Additionally, there is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name on the current amazon account that is up and running. Soooo, if anyone could provide me some help with this tax problem it would be greatly appreciated.

When you gave them your EIN you gave them your correct info right? Meaning at the end when it ask you to review the details all the info was yours? If so you shouldnt have a problem...

That is very tight of Amazon in USA? Only 50 sales and they want tax info?

This policy is based on new IRS regulations that apply in the US.

hello, Gamefreak, I gave them all the correct info before my account got suspended, now its suspended and I opened a new account which does not have any tax information on it yet..

i think it is optional until 2013 look into your seller info page of your amazon account.
