90 day suspension, any experience for retrieving funds

Hello everyone.

Thank you for allowing me to post in this forum. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and use it to generate income so I can attend medical school. I was kicked off eBay earlier and tried my hand at selling on Amazon. I am an honest seller and sold many items rapidly and shipped them all the same day. Unfortunately, Amazon's computer system selected me for suspension. Due to my rapid sales, I had nearly 1500 dollars in my account. This is a hefty sum and I fear the ruinous effects of not paying my credit card next month. Do you guys think a strongly worded letter, delivered by courier would help? Maybe a legal document from legal zoom?

if it was in my real details, I would sue them.

From what I hear on scare stories, I would never mess with az under bogus details due to these deletions....so I would always use a real name of me or someone that can take ownership of case and if I needed to make new address from home one, it would be a virtual address that I owned.

so long as you can still log into your account you should get your funds in 90 days...I think you just have to wait, read the terms and conditions, they cover themselves legally so not much point going down that road!!
