You'd be surprised how much of this stuff actually gets by them. This one is particularly bad, but I see plenty on almost a daily basis. Of course, when I was selling under my non-stealth account, they'd pull a listing if I even so much as looked cross when listing the item. Go figure.

What? you can sell windows 7 on amazon now, as a new seller? when did this happen? I know you used to be able to but it's been restricted for quite awhile now along with all the other high ticket items, 1 of the main reasons I keep on ebay, aside from being able to use paypal of course, which would be second..

Thankful 02-08-2012 06:40 AM

Yeah pretty much, my main paypal is over a year old and still going strong, it's amazing what they let you get away with..

Some people just get lucky as no one reports them or was noticed by eBay, but most of the times they do infact get pulled.

Ive always thought brands like monster and nike whch are widly copiedd have enough money to pay at least 1 person per country to check ebay each day to remove the snids but they dont seem to bother, the ammount it would cost to employ 1 person is nothing compared to the ammount they loose from copies,it would get rid of the copies within a month, i could tell every single snid pairs of nike air max in the uk in 2 hours tops

i don't think they would lose from copies because if there weren't any copies, then the buyers probably would not shell out the big bucks for the legit ones.

either way they are not paying the big buck for the legit ones and 100% of the time the legit ones are of better quality.
