Tried to start selling and got declined?

I just started up an Amazon account and tried upgrading to a seller account. I went through everything and the last thing I made it through was the phone verification. Then it gave me a declined message with no reason as to why.

That's AZ for you - somehow you got linked - maybe the phone number was already used.
