card with low balance for suspended account disbursement ok?
 

My account was suspended about three months ago and they will release my funds soon. The VCC I used has 8 cents in it. This card hasn't expired though.

If they can't do the $1 charge to the card to verify the AVS info will they still disburse my funds since my account is suspended anyway.
Or will they say the card is invalid and ask me to provide another one before a disbursement can take place?

I'm wondering this information to. I had a couple accounts that had cards with less then $1 on them and they asked me to update my card in order to get my money. I'm not sure if this the case for everyone.

So, the card on file does need to have at least $1 for the disbursement to be successful even when the account is suspended.

Cards on file with amazon need to have a usuable balance :juggle:
