Will my account safe?

I got buyer complain the item I sell is counterfeit, but I brought the item in retail but receipt lost already! however, issue full refund and buyer didn't open case! Will my amazon account safe or it will f**k up? I have pro Merchant account, Im worry amazon will hold my account for review and ask for invoice Which I can't provide! Please advice! Thanks

If you refund the client and there is no issues from them and no negative feefback then you are pretty safe.

Too many variables.

1 how much stuff do you sell?

2 did buyer leave negative?

3 is the item DVD or media related?

If not you are pretty safe. You are safe if you are selling a lot as well.
