Yes. It was working for me until they suspended my account for no legitimate reason, and then when they did that they canceled an over $1000 disbursement that was already two days in progress. When I called to ask them about the money, they told me they would not give it to me for 90 days, which is illegal. I highly suggest that you disburse funds at the end of each day. If they have too much of your cash they will likely close your account and confiscate it for 90 days, so they can earn free interest on your cash, and the huge pile of cash they've stolen from others in the same way.
If that happens, file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's website. Once you do that it gives the attorney general jurisdiction over the company, and the company is required by law to respond. If enough complaints are received by attorney generals across the nation, they will file legal charges against these Nazi companies and correct their illegitimate ways.
Amazon may have the right to permanently suspend your account for any reason they want, but they do not have the right to do that and in the process steal your money for 90 days. The moment Amazon terminates your account their User Agreement with you is also terminated, and they are legally obligated to immediately return any funds within their possession. I'm in the midst of typing up a complaint myself, because they did this to me and canceled an over $1000 disbursement which was already two days in progress.
They can go F themselves if they think I'll stand for that BS. But point being, if they pull that on you FILE A COMPLAINT. |
