I just finished reading a thread on starting a merchant account with an LLC or business and in the thread it stated that it doesn't need personal information, but in the photos, I see that there is a request in the registration that asks for your First & Last name.

I'm located in Hong Kong and starting companies is really easy and quite cheap.
My questions are:
1| Is the personal information asked on that image really there? The OP's description of the registration process stated there was no personal info asked, but then there was this image. I'm asking so I know whether I will have to prep some DBA names or anything else to prep for this. Alternatively can I just put any name there as it will only be needed should they call?
2| Anyone know if that info is asked even if I'm registering with an HK business? We don't have a 1099K.
3| Is there any downside to a foreign company registration? I will be selling in US .
4|I know I will still have to use the MAC address/IP Changes/etc. prior to and for the duration, but if I can register all my acct's with a company registration, would it be considered "much safer" to have in case of reviews, I can submit all documents quite easily.
All company accounts would have their respective bank accounts, CC's, and everything.
5| Are PO Boxes allowed for business registrations on Amazon and eBay?
6| Is there any downside to registering with a Hong Kong company?
7| Ultimately of course I would like to register eBay accounts with each of these buisness accounts also.
I hear that Amazon is much harder to deal with than eBay so I would assume that I'm safe for eBay also if I follow all the rules in Amazon Stealth?

8| I read that they require a bank account in UK, Austria, France, Germany US.
So I guess I still have to figure out a good bank account solution...
VBA's are still ok?
Or is there another solution to the bank account?
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
