Just want provide more information for my case.
My seller account is about 4 years old.I have about 1000 feedback, 98% positive, average 700-1000 orders (most by FBA)and 70-80 feedback each month. recent feedback 99%, passed holiday 97%.yearly sale about 400k. amazon review my account 2 years ago when sale reach 20k/month, and of cause I passed it.
Several things may related to the suspension
1. received 3 a-z claim in last 2 month, 2 of them are FBA orders, buyer did not contact me before A-Z. one of them, I never receive buyers return and he file a-z without contact me . But all my seller metric is still meet amazon's request.account was suspended 5 mins after 3rd a-z claim.
2. several buyer account was closed by amazon 1.5 years ago because I purchased too many hot items from amazon( limit one per home) in holiday.
3. one feedback saying I am selling counterfeit item.
4. 3 feedback point to the same item has inconsistent quality with amazon's list.amazon did inform me they will do an investigation in FBA inventory, but I already sold out all the items at that time, so, I dont know how they can do it.
5. returned 1-2 items to amazon from the same seller account and 4 from other no related account( did not closed by amazon 1.5 years ago)
Like to discuss why this was happened.any suggestion will be welcome, one thing I am afraid is: even I went back to amazon with another account, it may not be able to achieve the big sale and cash flow like the old one.
