Amazon occupys my funds after 90 days
 

I have five Amazon accounts were deleted about 150 days,the same bank account has been added on that five Amazon account too,now I still can not sign in my account to withdraw funds,I have contacted with the follwoing Amazon emails,most no respond,,,Amazon is a cheater company!

You should have NOT put the same banking in for all 5. I think you are at a loss. Sorry.

Just keep trying!

I did the same thing! I haven't gotten my funds too! T.T

IF AMAzon IS HOLDING YOUR MONEY AND NOT TRANSMITING WITHIN 90 days as agreed .
REPORT TO AGENCIES THAT CONTROL AMAZON PAYMENTS SERVICE, and AMAZON'S LICENCE will be at risk of being SUSPENDED AND REVOKED

GO AHEAD file complaints with State Agencies where Amazon Payments is licensed as a money transmitter.

Encourage other sellers to do the same,and Amazons licence will be at risk of being suspended or even BETTER revoked!
As money business service provider Amazon violates not only the any state's money transmitter laws but also its own agreement.
WE NEED TO FIGHT BACK against Amazons abusive business practices.


Amazon believes they have the right to hold onto sellers funds for up to 90 days and beyond and release them as they see fit. How is that legal?

In the future... Keep 1 bank account to 1 Amazon account, never add the same bank account to multiple amazon accounts otherwise that is an easy link that will lead to account closure
