i just bought amazon ghost and recieved my password, but how do i redeem?

i just bought this amazon ghost, and i ve got my password, which was given to me on purchase, but how do i now redeem it,
i tried downloading but all this virus thing popped up and everything crashed and closed everything, now i dont know what to do??!!!
someone please help me!!
