1099k and my amazon stealth account

I received a 1099k which i earned more than 20,00 and i made more than 200 transactions, i'm very worried because the amazon account is with another name and i have to fill a 1040 PR (because i'm from San Juan PR) I need to know how to do to file the 1040PR without been fined

How can you receive a 1099k on a stealth account? That would require a Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID Number registered to the name on the stealth account...
