I am just new here. Any one may please help me?
I am a new seller and just got a selling account 2 days ago. I listed about 5 items and below $1000, and i sold 2 of them in 2 days.
However, today i got this:


Hello from Amazon.

We are writing to let you know we have removed your Amazon.ca selling privileges and canceled your listings. Any new selling accounts you open will be closed.

We took this action because your seller account failed our seller account review process.

Per the terms of the selling agreement you entered into with Amazon Services, we reserve the right to limit or remove selling privileges as we deem appropriate.

While we appreciate your interest in selling on Amazon.ca, the removal of your selling privileges is a permanent action.



Can some one tell me where i did wrong? What is "seller account review process????" can i still sell something on Amazon.ca?

Those letter could mean anything, but in this case, I am guessing it is what you were selling.

Is there any way that i can use my selling account again?

No. You can try emailing them and asking, but usually once they make the decision, it is final.

Most probably done - stealth is the answer to continued AZ operations. jeffweico is wise about this.

well, I just realized that amazon would be keeping my money for 90 days? Are you kidding me?! i dont even know if they will give me back!

Exactly - sadly too - better check your account from time to time to make sure it is not deleted.

Those letters are for selling knock off goods.
