Help with SSN/EIN Amazon tax issue REMIX!

| For some reason my thread was locked. I understand the process of getting a EIN number, however Amazon requires a persons first and last name. Also an address that the IRS will associate with the said name. So yes, I wont have to put in my personal SSN number the route you are saying, however what do you do with the name and address?
All the threads I read on the forum say... "just abandon the account before it hits that limit"... or "it was fun while it lasted." Does anybody have a complete solution?
