How to handle Amazon buyer in this situation...
 

I Have 4 stealth amazon accounts selling same products. I have 3 buyers they bought same items in my accounts and leave negative feedbacks and filing AZ claims. same names but different shipping address. I come to think maybe his also a seller. Do you have any idea how to handle this? Amazon refunded them and they never return the item yet. I appreciate your advice.

tough situation to be in, my first thought would of been to tell amazon about him however you got 4 stealth accounts this could be a tricky one, should be an interesting discussion when folks see this...

Now 2 of my accounts is fair and poor standing. Amazon did not suspend the poor standing yet.

I have options just to make me feel better: lol

call the buyers phone number (different phone number each order) and ask "WHATS YOUR PROBLEM???"

This is a difficult situation.

From my guess the phone numbers he gave will not work. The items he probably has and is not going to send them back.

You know I really do not know what to do in such a situation.

Most likely take the loss if it is not much and if the same guy buys again then just refund him and not ship the item.

If you really appreciate these accounts and want to keep them, I think it's time to get an attorney involved. A letter from a lawyer can scare the pants off these cowards and let them know that they can't operate with impunity. Maybe a complaint to his local PD for stalking and interfering with a business.

He is dishonest competitor, I am 99% sure.

You may make up an attorney letter yourself and mail it to him. Or if he did not state anything about btleegs, copied or piratd media you can just let it go.

Lose , lose situation. can't go to amazon with stealth accounts, and ask for assistance. A lawyer is not going to be cheap, and your accounts will be long gone after the cases get settled. There are really no options. Wait till the axe falls, and have new stealth accounts set up to replace the ones that got canned.

If the product you are selling is really competitive, you are probably gonna go through this same situation with the new accounts once they are up and running.

Its really sad that other sellers have to go through these lengths and deliberately destroy other peoples accounts anonymously. Bunch of cowards. They should all get stomach cancer and die. Scumbag lowlifes.
