Incorrectly accused of multiple accounts
Several days ago I received the below email from Amazon. They are linking me to an account that one of our members of staff used to work for. He left there approximately 6 months ago. I have tried to explain using the online seller performance link but they've just sent me the same response twice now, advising me to cease on my account and list on the other, which simply isn't mine!
Can anyone advise me of the best steps to take? I've offered them any form of legal docs to prove I'm unconnected to the other company, but they're simply not reading my emails, just responding to me with standard templates.
I have self-suspended my listings so as not to anger them anymore while I'm trying to resolve it which is costing me profit daily.
We take around 400 orders per day on Amazon so will this give me any more leverage to be heard as an above average account?
