Default Amazon auto investigating DVD/movie feedback

So I have several Amazon accounts up and running selling 95% legit, a few Vero, and few one of a kind films. Every once in awhile I have gotten a neg feedback from a buyer saying "bootleg" or something along those lines at which time I always refund their payment, etc. Well today on a few of my accounts I got an automated email from Amazon stating:

"It has come to our attention that you have received comments from buyers suggesting that items you have sold in the Movies & TV category may have been illegal copies. While this notice is not an action against your selling account, we would like to remind you to carefully choose the sources that you purchase from for resale on Amazon, and ensure that all of your sources are providing you with the highest quality products."

Now while it is not a strike against the account this is alarming. Some of the accounts haven't had a negative in forever. They sent all the emails at the exact same time this morning on diff accounts. Some accounts got more than one (I'm guessing one email per keyword violation they found in the feedbacks). Anyone else get one of these today? Anyone want to speculate on what is going on here? My guess is a new automated feedback search algorithm that flags accounts where people say "bootleg" or "pirate" or something about a product.

This isn't new, it's been happening for years. As a side note, I was finally suspended from Amazon for an incorrect note a buyer left in the positive (!) feedback she left for me.

This is new... this message has never been sent by Amazon before
and it clearly shows they have just incorporated a new search tool
or at least tweaked the one they had to catch all the feedbacks I
had accumulated over the last 2 years.

I got that email before also, about 2 months ago. But my feedback didn't trigger it, my messages with my buyer did. Amazon also checks messages between seller and buyer.

What kind of note?

She described software as OEM when it was retail. Selling OEM is not allowed on Amazon. Got me booted.

Untrue in the software/hardware world. Has nothing to do with f a k e or real. Just had to do with Amazon not allowing OEM software to be sold, and bam, you're done. Of course, this was my (I believe), 3rd, and final suspension (successfully appealed previous ones) on an old account with tons of feedback and good ratings. They only give you so much leeway before saying "enough", even if "enough" is based on no proof and nothing more substantive than a brain fart that morning.

I have seen OEM products that are genuine from retailers.

Thank you rsot. OEM is a term used in many areas, not just software or computers.

My first Amazon account got suspended because buyer stated something in range of "great product, not a copy or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ either"... I got same message and that was 2 years ago.

That's not a new email. My last account got that email years ago (though I was only selling legit products). It basically means that if another buyer files the same complaint, the account is done (also happened to me). In my case it was another seller.
