Amazon shut my store down...
 

I really wish I would have found this site a LONG time ago..had an amazon store for 2 years where I sold all kinds of random things around my house..

.then I discovered the money in Disney movies and found a supplier off ebay where I could turn a decent profit in high volume on amazon for certain titles.

Everything was fine until one day I got a weird message from someone who had just ordered a movie from me and was saying "before you ship it make sure it has the buena vista stamp, the security seal and the slipcover is over the sealed movie not sealed with it. If your movie doesn't fit this description then cancel my order and I will report you for selling pirated copies."

Naturally I cancelled the order because I had no choice and I then she was able to leave feedback when she never even got anything from me. That same day my account was suspended. I thought it was because of how many I was selling but now I thing that they just flagged it cause of the feedback.

What can I do now? Am I just screwed...didn't even have the foresight to open a second unrelated account in case something went wrong. Yes, I'm a dummy.

Yup amazon has a bot that trolls feedback for keywords

bootleg, counterfeit, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ other stuff says your items is sh!t. Once that happens if you're lucky you get your listing taken down and a warning but that doesnt seem to be the case with dvds.

Also to my knowledge buyers arent able to leave feedback for 3-4 days after purchase

I think this buyer who warming you is a seller on amazon ,and he is your competitor ,and he want to beat down all the sellers .

This happend a lot .

that's actually exactly what I thought too...who asks questions about a product AFTER they purchases it??? I know I sure don't, so I figured it was a competitor for sure who knew the game.

B4 you go any further you should make sure that your items meet the selling stadards on Amazon.

If your copies were from China you would have to be sure they were not phakes.

That is why they removed buyers profile! So you can not see if they are a seller Ahh amazon strikes against the seller.. but if you have sold for a long long time as i do (try to Now) I keep a record from back from when I first sold my first item .A log of what I sold how much and to whom. I log if they were selling also. But now I cant log if they were selling..

Alot of repeat buyers and lot were sellers.It was a double edge sword if they threatened you with bad feedback. You can start up multiple buying accounts and purchase from that person and fry their account in 2 weeks time..

What does it matter if the buyer's feedback is there or not? You can't block anyone, and it's not an auction. You have no prior warning that a bad buyer is buying your stuff.

Btw, assuming your stuff is genuine, report feedback extortion to seller support.

Yeah unlike ebay all that stuff doesnt matter as theres not a damn thing you can do. Also out of how many transactions do you ever look at buyers feedback?

I havent in the last 10k plus transactions pretty much more than a year since.
