any UK users having the following problem addind cards to amazon

The credit card information registered to your seller account is invalid. You will have limited access to your seller account until you provide valid credit card information.

they are real card details BTW

does there need to be funds in the account for pre authorisation still ?

do the name and address of the card holder match the amazon details?

no they dont but its never been a problem in the past ? the card is showing as added to the account but its saying invalid

and there was no funds on the card when you added it?

could be a glitch,could be something more sinister:noidea:

anyone else had an experience like this?

there was no funds on the card thats right

then i added some funds and re added the card

saying the same thing

always have used stealth details for the account but added a real card

worked for me on my previous accounts, but this account is being a bugger

maybe they AVS check now:doh:

last account thtat worked (and is still ok) was 3 weeks ago

anyone know anything on this

i would check with the card issuer to see if there is a problem at that end bro

what type of card is it bro

what bank is it from?

both details dont match the amazon account right?

tried a nat west and a halifax

my details on the cards

stealth on the amazon account

has worked a treat many times previously

as you say they may have introduced new "ways"

possibly

only time will tell and more exp's from others

anyone else experienced something similar pls post
