New Amazon Hold Policy - Please explain it for me

Not understanding the new Amazon hold policy.

Created new account, sold one item in 28 days, first disbursement date came, I received the full amount from the item I sold.

Next 7 days, sold one item, all of it went to the reserve, next 7 day cycle sold 1 item, it also went to the reserve.

When will I receive disbursement from those sales?

Someone dumb it down for me please.

Typically a 14 day cycle (or i guess in your case 7 days) for payment to be made into your account.
