How do you change or modify shipping prices

I am trying to figure out how some sellers are able to adjust their shipping prices or modify it when it comes to their listings of the same items i am selling. I am a pro merchant already if that helps. The only options I usually see is options on delivery whether standard, expedited or international. But no options to change the set fee.

You need a professional account, you currently have a marketplace account which you cant modify shipping. What you need is a seller cental account ( does not allow you to disburse manually or upgrade/downgrade account type )
