Buyer removed Negative feedback , but still count as defective rate ?

I recently got a negative feedback from a buyer, I talked him out to remove his negative feedback by sending him a replacement.
The negative feedback is gone, however, looks like it still gets counted in my defective rate.
Does anyone know how long would it take for the defective ratio to reflect this negative feedback removal ?

it takes 24 to 48 hours for your metrics to reflect that is has been removed.
