Amazon Policy Warning...Wait for Cooldown?

I'm new, been lurking for a bit, decided to chime in with a common problem.

Amazon Policy warning...standard stuff. Came after my first A-Z claim from a buyer that wanted a return. I said ok but they never returned it. Return claim was about 20 days old and then they filed the A-Z claim. Agent looks it over and gives the customer the money back and end of story.

Here is my question: How long should I wait to relist my item that amazon says is in policy violation and ad removed? I'm thinking the amazon agent removed it because of the A-Z claim since ive been selling the item for a good solid 3 months without complaint.

Account in good standing. Just over a year old. No negatives and around 50 positives with 2-3 neutrals.

I was thinking of letting the account cooloff and sell on ecrater since ebay is out of the question. ( suspended )

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you re-list an item that Amazon told you violated their policies, you will lose the account.

I Absolutly Agree,,What you fail to realize is that not only did that agent Refund the buyers Money, Pull your Listing and Issued you a Policy Violation,,,that agent also NOTED your account,,,In other words, No Matter what,,WHENEVER you re list that item,,,Amazons system will Automatically notify their Seller Performance Department at which time whatever agent gets the notification will read the Last agents notes in your account and POOF,,,,,,,,,,If you are Lucky it will just be a Suspension,,,If Its an Account deletion, you may lose whatever Money Amazon was holding in it "Reserve"

Your problem was letting amazon deal with the issue. If you solve it yourself you wont be hassled.

I did handle it...I told the customer to return it for a full refund. They agreed but did not return it. 20 days later they just file a claim out of the blue.

My intentions was to keep amazon out of it but I cant read the customers mind.

Please note that I had this happen before and relisted the item in a similar ad without problems within 48hrs.

I think its just standard boiler plate for them to remove the ad considering the claim came up.

If there is any note on my account I would think it would be favorable since I did cooperate and offer a refund.

The listing wasn't removed because you had an AtoZ claim, there is something else going on, and you better find out what it is!

It is a branded item but the copy right holder hasn't complained.

You are playing with fire if you are trying to relist the same ish again. Be careful and all the best with future endeavours.

Irrelevant. Regardless of what you may have read here, Amazon won't "remove" your listing because you're competing with them.

Also irrelevant. Maybe they didn't find the issue, until now, when they got your AtoZ claim and looked more closely at everything. Doesn't mean an issue didn't exist.

Read the email from Amazon to find out why they removed the listing. It may be as simple as changing wording that Amazon didn't like. Whatever you do, do NOT simply relist the item and expect to get away with this!

It all depends on the warning you got. I've received multiple warning un different occasions and nothing, but if you warning says that you cannot sell this item... well use your imagination what would be the correct answer.
