Amazon suspension due to low ODR
 

Hi guy.

I'm new to the forum, any advices tip is much appreciated. I just got an email from them that my account is suspended due to low ODR. I got a rash of two negative in the last two weeks, both of which are ridiculous reason. Anyhow, on the suspension notice, they did ask me a detail plan on how I will raise my ODR and they will consider reinstatement. I sent the appeal earlier today and cross my finger.

My question is the account as good as gone. This is my first Amazon account so it's not a stealth. Did anyone have similar suspension and able to get reinstatement? Thanks.

Btw I just bought both Ebay and Amazon stealth book but when I try to install the Amazon one, my computer said there a trojan and I have to remove it :(

Welcome to the forums. Too early to tell - I have had this kind of review in the past but not suspension. I gave detail plan and got reinstated but this was over a YEAR ago.

Lately, appeals have been useless. Report back with what you get - all the best.

I got it reinstated today. Thanks for the advice rsot. Might as well go stealth since I guess this account is on the watch. Do you know who I talk to about my problem downloading Amazon stealth book. I got a trojan warning from my system antivirus.

Care to share some details of the letter for reinstatement you sent to Amazon? It seems that Amazon looks for specific and precise wording and details in the "Action Plan" or else your acct is toast.

You need to create a very specific and precise action plan for amazon. Two negatives should not bring an account down. Are you leaving anything out like the types of items your selling?
