I recently had two lawyers from CA purchase Star Trek from me. I am worried what should I do?

If you sell dodgy stuff, you will be found out eventually.

Because i know i value all my accounts and wouldnt be selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ on them in the first place.
But since you are, you must know what the consequences are and can be if you deal in this risky business.
No one here will give you tips on what to do when you sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗, as i am sure you can gather we will all be VERY against it, as this is part of the reason why we all have problems staying on ebay, because people that sell these dodgy items have made ebay and amazon 100 times more stricter and more security consicious, making it tough for us who want to just earn a living the honest way.
So STOP! and sell the proper way!

The needs of two lawyers outweigh the needs of the few- or the one (that sells foo foo)

The reason an undercover buyer (in this case the attorneys) will make a purchase from you is to gather evidence to win a judgment against you in court. If they just wanted you to stop selling, they would have simply asked Amazon to no longer allow you to sell your items.

If they have not done so already, they will most likely ask Amazon for information on how many you sold and to whom.

You should also expect to receive either a certified letter in the mail from the attorneys, or be served with a summons to appear in court.

If you receive the letter, they will want a settlement from you, as well as an agreement that you will no longer sell their client's products. The settlement amount will be many times what you actually sold the items for. If they simply file a lawsuit, they will ask for whatever the law allows, but would likely get less than that amount in a judgment if you or your attorney show up to respond to and defend you from the charges.

If you sold more than $5,000 worth of these, they MAY try to convince a government prosecutor to file criminal charges against you. Whether or not that would actually happen is dependent upon several factors.

So, at this point, you really need to find an attorney, preferably one who has experience in defending copyright and trademark infringement claims. Nobody on this forum, myself included, is an expert in these matters and we cannot dispense legal advice.
