Can I start with a legit business name knwoing I was suspended from Amazon

I am not an expert in all this stuff. I have been suspended before from Amazon. I want to have a legit business. I am planning to register a business and get a business tax ID. Will amazon need my information too and if they do they may suspend me as I have been suspended before.Any help is appreciated.
