This isn't anything new. It is now the norm for all online retailers.

This could be an advantage for the little guys. Most of the legislation I have seen exempts businesses from collecting out of state sales taxes if they have less than $250,000 in sales. That would apply to most of us.

Ah, phew, should be over 250k by next year. I didn't know that was a number they had put out there. Anyway, I was hoping it would put all the crappy Bestbuy and other overpriced B&M stores out of business first.. oh well.
