Hello from Amazon.

We are writing to let you know we have removed your selling privileges, canceled your listings, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your Amazon.com seller account. Any new selling accounts you open will be closed.

We took this action because you have offered items on our site that violate our content guidelines.

For more information, search on “Prohibited Content” in seller Help.

While we appreciate your interest in selling on Amazon.com, the removal of your selling privileges is a permanent action.

Regards,

While you could try, know AZ's team of "appeal reviewers" (or lack of), I highly doubt you will have success...

As far as i know those appeal are just to make ppl believe that they can prove something, when in reality it is all handle by indian group of thugs that are trained to say you are gone and don't email us anymore!

What were you suspended for will determine if you have a chance. If it is because of products, ZERO CHANCE. If it is because of a rule violation (first one), MILD CHANCE. If it is because of performance (shipping, tracking info, etc.), GOOD CHANCE.

If you have been warned before on an issue then you have ZERO CHANCE

This is pretty accurate. Also, if you get the dreaded bootleg claim you have zero chance as well.

I've had a pretty good rate over the years - probably 30-40%, overall.
