Does Amazon check the phone number linked to your bank account?
 

My girlfriend opened up a bank account with a different name and address as the ones on my account. However, she does not have a phone so when the bank asked her for her phone number she gave them mine. I know Amazon doesn't ask you for the phone number linked to your bank account but when she gives Amazon her info will they see that the number linked to her bank account is the same as the number linked to the bank account of a previously banned account (my old account)? I know that when Amazon asks her for a phone number she can give them any number but will they be able to see the phone number linked to her bank account even if she doesn't give it to them?

they check your ip address mac address card details address phone number you used to register to link you etc , if they link you then it deleted or suspended

What all information can Amz see about your banking information? I am about to go and open 2 diffrnt accnts and want to make sure if they can see my address, I put my PO BOX.

They cannot see any details regarding your bank accounts. You can even enter a false name on the account, it is up to your bank to accept deposits in any name.

Not all of them do. Mismatching names is a big no-no for some banks.
exp: for some people BOA is great and others are having problems with mismatching names. Wellsfargo is more conservative bank and is less tolerant mismatching names.
Then there has been recently a bunch of posts that one of the banks went crazy about mismatching names and was closing down user accounts, I think it was Ally bank.
