Disbursment question on new accounts?

I understand new accounts created after Jan 1st dont get manual disbursment, right?? Let me get this right. New accounts have that 21 day hold, plus 14 days for the reserve, and then after that 14 days ull get a disbursment to your bank account? It takes about two months to get your first disbursment? Someone please correct me if I am wrong?

To answer your questions ...

I heard Amazon switched over to the new seller platform way back on Oct. 31, 2011. Seller accounts created before then are considered "grandfathered in" and CAN disburse every 24 hours.

However, seller accounts created after that date do not and will not be able to manually disburse every 24 hours anymore.

... but, if you switch your account to Pro-Merchant status you don't have to bother with Rolling Reserves anymore -instead - you will get all your money every 2 weeks.

PS: I'm not sure if this is the proper place to ask, but, if anyone here knows how to get a 24-hour disbursement account or has an extra one they are willing to sell please let me know ...

Okay, so lets say I create a brand new sellers account on amazon, and i list an item and it sells. How many days will it take to get my money? 30?

they hold for 21 days. You will only get the first 7 days worth of sales in your first transfer. The 2nd week gets held in reserve. Then they give you it in dribs and drabs the remaining funds. If you only sell in the first week say 400.00 and nothing in the second week . Your transfer after 21 days may be half that or they will push it back another week. This happened to me.

How long does it take for them to quit putting your funs in reserve on an individual account and how long on a pro merchant?

Like I said, if you don't like Rolling Reserves (which is now the default setting for all new Amazon sellers) then just go and swtich your account to Pro-Merchant now and it will stop immediately.

When you are Pro-M you will collect whatever you made in the past two weeks every two weeks automatically because disbursments happen every 2 weeks (if you are Pro)

If you are not Pro Merchant, then you have to wait 14 days rolling reserve
