Just Got banned how to appeal
 

i sold over £500 of items and got 1 feedback which is 5 start positive.

i got banned for selling counterfeit stuff it says
its telling me i can appeal what should i do

please help i cant go threw the process of making a new stealth account also invested a lot of money need to get the account back

Welcome to the forums.

What sort of help you need? Are you able to log in? Selling counterfeit stuff is a pretty bad threat by AZ...you are unlikely to succeed whichever way you want to attack.

and no i would never sell counterfeit stuff

Read more posts about the problems with AZ and draft a nice appeal letter - is it tough to do? Or get a business consultant going...

It is gone. River does not reinstate account selling phakes.

While I wasnt going to be so blunt as justarslan, knowing AZ's attitude and random deletions and harda$$ ways, I would agree completely that your account is in bad waters.

I have been a seller on amazon for a month now and all of a sudden my account get's suspended for apparently selling counterfeit items.
We are a well established business moving into selling online and selling products from licensed wholesaler and retailers and i have full evidence to support that.
We also followed every rule and always cared about the customers. We Would never sell counterfeit items and our clean record shows that!
We also have sent all shipment in time and our selling performance was green and very good.
We are also very serious about selling online as we have high hopes about our new business platform.
To avoid this same problem we are going to avoid big brand products.
I hope you understand and we hope to hear good news from you and if you require any proof please feel free to ask.
I just also wanted to add that the amazon platform is an amazing platform and we strive to be a part of it.

That Letter sounds good to me! To be honest though you have a very slight chance of getting back on amazon again on that same account. I would start making stealth accounts if I were you.

you have zero chance of reinstatement, suck it up and start again. The counterfeit notice is a death sentence.

and the word is through not threw, people tend not to take you seriously when you make errors on simple words.

to me thats an admission of guilt

sadly as you all said the appeal didn't help and thanks for the answers this forum has helped a lot

going to open new stealth account i got some stuff planned

i am going to use my saving account to receive money
gonna use a vcc to make an account can someone tell me where i can buy them
gonna use the same address with an a after the number and some mistakes
name with 2 words missed out
and i think that's it
how does this sound if something wont work i will appreciate it if you can notify me

You need to move on and make more accounts! Don't just open one.... open 20.
