I have 2 feedbacks both from customers who left me a feedback 3 weeks later. I've had no communication what so ever with anyone!!! What are they smoking!! 5 min later got the account merchant approval email...

What to do? Do I wait 30 days or reply to the first one about the violation.

Do I question them and ask wtf they are refering to or do I kiss their ass and say thanks for telling me and i didnt know... or keep my mouth shut...this is just plain ridic.

Amazon doesnt usually make mistake. Perhaps you did you and you didnt even realize what you did. Dont do anything these violations dont seem to be severe. Just let it go but just dont continue to do it.

Feedback one in March.
Feedback two in April.

Zero communication with the buyers and sold alot of items since then...Why do I get a message in August. Beats me.:noidea:

I think I know what I did and didn't do pretty well.

oh man.. I used to do this all the time lol, and I never got slapped for it. Thanks for bringing this to my attention now.

Usually only get slapped with it when you are a featured merchant. At least in my experience. I do it all the time as a regular seller but once I become featured I get slapped with a few every few months

I send those emails every other day and never had one and you are saying that you had no communication with the buyers and got one??? really odd. is there any problems with any of your buyers?

Update with this

Got a disbursement out of this 2 weeks ago, then another one 1 week ago (YES, 7 DAYS APART).

Still have a bit of funds there. So I assumed it passed review since I started getting my money. Logged in for first time yesterday to check how much cash left and banned within 12 hours..

I'll see the rest in 90 days.
