Today , i login amz seller central but i can't login


There was an error with your email/password combination. Please try again.

I forgot password , and i receive email from amz : Seller Central Password Assistance. I reset new password OK , but i still can't login my account

Plz help me

Was this account stealth? If the answers is yes, it might have been deleted by the river. Is your store on river still active? You can check this by searching the products you sell on river, if the store is active it will show up in the listings. If the store is active Call the customer service of river and tell them you are not able to able to login to your account and you have some orders from customer. You want to pack those order but you cannot get the shipping address of customers as you cannot login to seller central to get the address. I did this with one of my previous accounts and it rose from river death in 24 hours. Good luck.

Chances are that it was deleted and there is realistically nothing you can do about it. Basically, a giant f u from amazon, start over.

Contact their General Customer Service Number. Seller support can only be contacted by email but do not contact them. Just contact their General customer service at the number and tell them what i wrote in my previous post.
