* Name as it appears on your credit or debit card
* Your billing address (as it appears on your monthly bank statement)
* Phone number on file with the card issuer


anyone have their account re-opened because of this. It isn't a billing issue. they noticed that I have like 19 different shipping addresses using prime which is a violation although that isn't why they say i got the email.

I just got the same email, apparently I had another Amazon account with like a million different addresses, and another, then another, under the same name, Amazon was confused, they wanted to know which of the addresses is good. Because I kept changing billing addresses and cards for my buyer account but the name is the same.

I just tried a work around waiting for the outcome. Am like damn... am I banned from buying stuff on Amazon too? That would be soo cool, "Bad Boys Club of Amazon", Season I:...anyways lets see what they do with the new order. Can't I just buy stuff without any hustles.

Eduktd - you mind sharing what you did to get back on? I just had the same thing happened to me because they linked me to my brother who originally had this problem now I'm stuck with the same issue. Anything that any one has done out there to get back on with no issues that you'd like to share would be greatly appreciated!
