Well looks like im shafted i have an account that i opned in february, I gave all my real info as it s my firstaccount.

I have sold roughly 150k through it since then, Last check i got was for 67k from them a week ago

They currently have about 50k of my money,

I noticed this am an order placed yesterday am that is still in pending,

Then i log in after lunch today and my passsword is no good,

I chat with customer service and they say my account is on hold pending review and someone will be with me in 24 hours.

WTF

I have 30 feedback on roughly 70 sales and its flawless 5s

No returns , no slow shipping.

whats the deal?

well with my experience with amazon when a order is not confirm in 30 minutes it danger danger i have lost so many accounts while orders was in pending status and no new orders are being confirm . i assume when they do that they are doing a review on your account if customer service told you account specialist will contact you within 24 hours he/she is talking bull**** they will never contact you

send a e-mail to this address stating your case seller-vcac@amazon.co.uk now they have only ever wrote back to me once outa like 20 deleted accounts only to tell me i was suspended for fail review but ya never know your luck .

150K in 70 sales huh? Something is not adding up here. Average sell of $2100.00.

Im selling laptops that are on the higher end. Also selling ipads.
So my average sale is probably 2500-3500

Most of my orders sit in pending for 8 -24 hours,

the one i noticed today was for 5600 and it was over 24 hours then my password stopped working.

Im guessign somehow i got linked to a banned account or something, I log in from work which is a wifi with roughly 10k users on it, likely someone on there got the boot.

Sometimes you really can not understand amazon. I listed an item which never sold for almost 2months, I finally made just one sale, and then list a few more items, as soon as I sold three more items I got suspended for "Performance". Really? Performance?

Well its been a week and i still cant log into my seller account and i have no email from them telling me im banned or other wise,

what do i do now>?

When i call customer service they tell me my account is on hold pending review and to email seller performance who then ignores me.

they are really bad about returning the email requests. email them again.
