Can Amazon see your info, without logging in?

I'm going to work solely from a new Laptop with different info than my old account to sell on Amazon.

My desktop, where I previously worked from will not be logged into to Amazon again........HOPEFULLY!!!

However, If I use that desktop to surf Amazon, but am not logged in, can Amazon connect the 2?

btw, I'm going to of course change my IP address before setting everything up. My desktop will be on Amazon, not logged into my old sellers account, but on Amazon.com. I would assume Amazon could see that but would they connect the 2?

No, Amazon can't detect you UNLESS you log on

I know this for a FACT

You can SURF Amazon all you want from a banned computer as long as you don't actually log in
