Are these accounts garbage??
 

I created two stealth amazon accounts, both accounts were placed on hold by Amazon. When I contacted them they requested a bunch of stupid information I won't provide, such as my phone number linked to my bank account.

How can I avoid getting my stealth accounts from being put on hold?

And if they are put on hold are they considered garbage?

Help ?????

If you are unable to login to the accounts, yes they are gone for good.

What EXACTLY do you mean by "Placed on Hold"?, are you reffering to a "Review"? or a "Rolling Reverve"?,,Account Access Blocked?,,What do you meaN?

From what I gather, he was unable to login to his accounts. He called Amazon, they asked for his name, phone number, and bank account phone number, told him his account was on hold and someone would call him back.

Hince, deleted account, gone for good.

Error is correct, I would never provide personal info on a stealth account. I've never had one of my stealth accounts get put on "Hold" before. Is there anyway to avoid this in the future?

Now it is Clear that your Seller account was Deleted, It Can be Avoided, there is a Lot involved in it, Get yourself a Copy of Amazon Ghost, read it a Couple of times and Try again, and you will be Ok if you follow the Guide correctly, If you have Problems we are here to Help you,,

I have around ten stealth accounts, I pretty much got it down. Never faced an account getting put on Hold before, I didn't even register it as a seller account yet.

8 hours between bleating for help is the usual idea.

Better idea is to be polite and consider silly factors like the time in the USA & the fact users might be sleeping. :boink:

The Fact that your Accounts were deleted BEFORE you turned them into Seller accounts CLEARLY Indicates that those accounts were linked, and that amazon is onto you, it could be ANY one of a Bunch of different issues, it is only a Matter of time, but the odds are good that they will discover other links to other accounts.

Amazon is NO JOKE their site contains the most sofisticated tracking software ever conceived, Amazon is light years ahead of Ebay in cyber Security, and it is ALWAYS improving, the improvements that Amazon made to their site in the last 90 days is more than the improvements that Ebay made in the last 2 YEARS, so ANYONE who THINKS (let alone SAYS) that they "got it down" is in for a BIG letdown, when Amazon starts deleting their accounts

Thanks for the advise, but they werent linked. Called Amazon and got both of my accounts back, thanks though.

If the 2 accounts were not linked then what was the Problem?,,, Your anwser might help me and others here understand some aspect of amazon that is New or unclear

What exactly did amazon say? I have a hard time believing that you called and get your accounts back. Amazon takes care of all that stuff via emails...

Exactly what error said, I wasn't able to log onto my accounts because they were placed on hold. When I contacted them via chat they requested my e-mail address, my name, my phone number, the phone number registered with my bank account, and the number from the back of the card I used on my amazon account. They were listed as buyers accounts not seller accounts, I let my accounts age as buyers accounts for 2-3 months before I turn them into seller accounts. After doing some research I guess the Holds are only for buyer accounts I am guessing, which is weird because I never purchased anything. I guess they mainly do that to confirm the billing address. Just Google "Amazon account put on hold," and you will see what I am talking about. Sounds like it could be a problem for seller accounts though, if your buyers account gets put on hold I am guessing your sellers account does too.

Gamefreak, on a buyers account you can contact customer support through e-mail, live chat, or by calling them. As a seller you can only contact amazon seller support through e-mail, if its over taxes though you can request they call you.
