soopadudette | 08-21-2012 11:05 AM | Amazon Suspended...Appeal Well, I've now fallen foul to an Amazon suspension. This was a legit account, selling legit items.
Nothing was wrong with it at all, but they say I need to give them an 'action plan' to resolve the following issues when they reviewed my account:
As stated in our policies, sellers must list the exact same item, in the same format, as the item represented on the detail page. Please note this includes brand, manufacturer, UPC, edition, binding, quantity, packaging, colour, etc.
Before we can consider reinstatement of your selling privileges, please provide us with a detailed account of the steps you will take to ensure your listings comply with our policies. We will then review your plan and determine whether to reinstate your privileges.
I am so confused, I don't know what they are on about and what I need to do. Obviously I've replied to get further info, but they take forever to reply, so just wondering if anyone on here might have a clue.
I sell items that I make myself, so there is no ISBN number, UPC, edition etc etc. I've been selling on there for about 8 months and now they decide something is wrong with the listings?! |
